This site is where I’ll share commentary, analysis, and contributions to the study of earliest Christianity. My focus is on how the first believers understood their faith, how that connects with ancient Judaism, and what it means for the church today. Along the way, I’ll engage both scholarly work and patristic sources, and at times respond to how these topics surface in popular media.
About Me
I am an Independent Researcher and Writer in Early Christianity and Theology. After two decades in aviation oversight and service as a Navy veteran, I stepped into full-time theological study. My research centers on the origins of Judaism and Christianity, the practices and beliefs of the earliest church, and textual criticism of early manuscripts as artifacts of faith.
Looking Ahead
Here you’ll find two kinds of writing: short notes that revisit familiar passages with cultural and linguistic nuance, and extended essays that trace doctrinal development and interpretive drift. My aim is not novelty, but clarity- to let Scripture speak as it was first heard.
